Users and authorized persons or entities under the subscription agreement for NorthStar Math will include teachers, students and their parents, educational institutions (public or private), and the like. Refer to your Subscription License sent to you with your registration package for the specific terms of your subscription. The terms of your Subscription License are incorporated into this End User License.

The laws of the State of Georgia govern this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Gwinnett County, Georgia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is forbidden in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation, this paragraph.
